11:30 Breakfast in the Hotel. We pay the bill.

Agafem el cotxe direcció Picamoixons. Ens desviem per camins de terra buscant "la casa gran" (s'anomena Doldellops, deformació d' udol de llops). Ens equivoquem i per casualitat anem a petar just al lloc des d' on va pintar l' escena l' artista Joan Rafí. Per sorpresa de tots el paisatge i la granja es mantenen gairebé iguals que a la tela.
Tornem al cotxe, girem cua fins arribar a una casa. El senyor Pont s' adreça al pagès per preguntar-li quin és el camí que duu a "la casa gran". Seguim les indicacions fins arribar a un camí estret amb murs a banda i banda i tot seguit entrem a l' era de "Dolldellop".
Ens rep Maria Martinell, que, molt amable, s' ofereix per parlar-nos de la casa.

We take the car and head for Picamoixons. We go along many ways trying to find “the big house” (called Doldellops, wolfs howling). We go the wrong way and, by chance, we get to the place where Joan Rafi painted the scene of the bakery. Surprisingly, the countryside and the Catalan farmstead stay the same as in the painting. We return to the car, and go back to a house. Mr. Pont approaches a man from the house to ask him where “the big house” is. We follow the man’s directions until we get to a narrow way which runs between two walls and we finally enter Doldellops threshing floor. We are kindly received by Maria Martinell, who offers to tell us about the house.

18:20 20 Anem fins al riu Francolí, al lloc on es va produir la batalla del pont de Goi contra les tropes franceses de Napoleó, allí es troba també el molí del famós bandoler Claudi.

18:20 We get to the Francolí River, in Goi bridge, where the Napoleon troops fought. There we find the mill of Claudi, a famous bandit.

19:15 Deixem el senyor Pont a casa seva i anem en cotxe fins a Nulles a visitar la cooperativa de l' arquitecte Cesar Martinell que és el pare de la senyora Maria de Can Dolldellop. Fem fotografies i comprem un bidó d' oli.

19:15 After leaving Mr. Pont at his home we go to Nulles by car to visit the architect’s Cèsar Martinell cooperative, who is Mrs. Maria (from Doldellops) father. We photograph the place and buy an olive oil drum.

20:20 Comença a ploure i entrem en un bar del poble. En sortir ens trobem amb la cantada popular de les "Caramelles". Tothom està sota el paraigües a la plaça de l'ajuntament, És una tradició que han recuperat des de fa molts anys, ens diu l' alcalde.

20:20 It starts raining and we enter a bar from the town. When we go out we find a group of people singing “Caramelles” (Catalan traditional singings). Everybody stands under the umbrella in the town hall square. The Mayor tells us that “Caramelles” are a tradition restored since a long time ago.

21:40Arribem a l' hostal Grau de Santes Creus, tenim l' habitació 16. Pugem a sopar al restaurant de la casa: una sopa calenta i peix.

21:40 We get to Grau de Santes Creus Boarding House, room number 16. We go up the stairs to have dinner at the restaurant: Hot soup and fish.
